All Nippon Airways is introducing new menus in the economy- and premium economy-class cabins on its long-haul routes.
The Connoisseurs, a team of 10 top chefs, five liquor and coffee experts, and nine of ANA’s own chefs, designed the menus which feature both Japanese and Western choices. The newly designed menus roll out in December with selections including stir-fried beef on steamed rice, chicken and seafood paella, grilled mackerel, sautéed chicken in red-wine sauce and bibimbap. Menu selections vary by route and aircraft.
ANA chefs also created new in-flight meals for children. Presented in a deco-ben, or decorated lunch box, selections utilize color and design to appeal to children.
