Responding to customer demand for smoother and more time-efficient travel, SAS is launching two new classes of service. The new service classes, SAS Go and SAS Plus, roll out in June on SAS routes in Europe and Scandinavia, replacing existing service categories.
SAS Go includes a checked bag at no extra charge, coffee or tea onboard and mobile check-in. SAS Plus includes two checked bags at no extra charge, SAS Fast Track, lounge access, meals and drinks onboard and double EuroBonus points.
“For SAS, simplicity is when customers receive exactly what they need,” said Rickard Gustafson, CEO and group president, SAS. “When we were developing this new concept, we based on our work on our customer needs rather than on industry standards.”
