This September, The Peninsula Hotels will once again guide an intimate group of motoring enthusiasts through the Scottish Highlands for six days of winding mountain passes and historic estates with its newest iteration of The Peninsula Motoring Series, Scotland.

This marks The Peninsula Motoring Series’ first time in Europe, following successful drives in Asia (Japan) and North America (California). Beginning Sept. 21, this drive welcomes a group of motoring enthusiasts for six days of driving, cultural exploration and warm camaraderie in the Scottish Highlands.

The Peninsula Motoring Series, Scotland will begin at The Peninsula London, where participants will meet, dine and share stories with their fellow travelers. Following a visit to the city’s Royal Automobile Club, a flight to Edinburgh delivers guests to Gleneagles, where they will encounter the classic, era-specific vehicles that will be their transport for the itinerary.

Designed for an intimate group, the six-day expedition winds northward along some of Scotland’s most breathtaking terrain. Days are spent driving exhilarating roads with lunch at traditional inns. Guests enjoy a three-night stay at an exclusive historic estate.

Aug. 10–12, The Peninsula Motoring Series, California (commonly known as The Quail Rally) returns to California’s Monterey Peninsula for its 29th year. This three-day excursion lets motorists experience some of California’s thrilling drives, and includes V.I.P. entry to exclusive Monterey Car Week activities and attendance at The Peninsula’s classic car and luxury lifestyle showcase, The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering.

In 2027, The Peninsula Motoring Series, Japan will return for its latest edition through the country’s cultural and automotive contrasts, following the success of the inaugural 2025 drive.
