Late 2025 will see the opening of The Other House Covent Garden, an upscale property within London’s theater district. With 146 signature bedrooms and Club Flats, The Other House Covent Garden gives guests the option of a hotel-like stay or apartment-style living in the United Kingdom’s capital. Club Flats will include ample living space, a fully stocked kitchenette, separate bedroom area and en-suite bathroom with a rainfall shower.

The hotel will also be home to Owl & Monkey, the brand’s destination cocktail bar; The Other Kitchen, a relaxed, all-day dining brasserie; and Peacock Lounge, an exclusive rooftop bar offering views of the River Thames, Saint Paul’s Cathedral, Tower Bridge and The Shard.

Members of The Other House brand will also enjoy access to all of the hotel’s amenities. There’s even a private club, accessible to both guests and members. Wellness and fitness facilities include a subterranean vitality pool, treatment rooms and a top-notch gym.
