Citi believes travel is about more than reaching your destination, but it’s about the journey and all the special moments along the way. In an effort to help make every trip unforgettable, Citi recently announced the expansion of its Points Transfer relationship with Virgin Atlantic to include Virgin Red. Now, members from both Virgin Red and Virgin Flying Club can transfer ThankYou Points into Virgin Points and unlock new rewards.
The new expansion began July 21, allowing those Virgin Red members who are also Citi cardmembers to make those transfers. Virgin Red members can now use the converted Virgin Points on a range of exclusive rewards like virtual masterclasses, date nights, cruises, hotels and insider access to experiences around the globe.
Virgin Flying Club members who are also Citi cardmembers have been able to transfer ThankYou Points into Virgin Points for flights, upgrades and experiences.
Other companies participating in the Citi Points Transfer program include Wyndham Rewards; Choice Privileges; Shop Your Way; and airlines such as Turkish Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Qatar Airways, JetBlue, Etihad, Aeromexico and more.
Citi cards that participate in the ThankYou Rewards program include, but are not limited to Citi Strata Premier Credit Card, Citi Double Cash Card and AT&T Points Plus Card from Citi.
