As of this July, Shangri-La The Shard, London became the first hotel to offer a full range of Jo by Jo Malone collection items. The award-winning scent and cosmetics brand now becomes a part of each guest’s stay. Each room comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and bath and shower gel, as well as hand and body lotion in the hotel’s signature Jo Malone scent in the property’s signature scarlet-colored bottles. All in-room products also come in refillable bottles, eliminating the use of more than 3 tons of plastic every year.
