Air France works with chefs yearly to craft menus for its La Première and business cabins, as well as its airport lounges, and the airline recently announced the 17 chefs it will work with in 2023, including five chefs new to the program this year.

On long-haul flights from Paris in La Première and business, French Michelin-starred chefs Arnaud Lallement, Régis Marcon, Anne-Sophie Pic, Emmanuel Renaut and Michel Roth will return to create exclusive dishes, with Mauro Colagreco and Thierry Marx joining the roster for the first time.

In La Première suite, Meilleur Ouvrier de France pastry chefs Philippe Urraca and Angelo Musa, for the first time, bring a sweet touch to the menus in Air France’s most exclusive cabin.

On long-haul flights departing worldwide, passengers find culinary creations from triple Michelin-starred Julien Royer (Singapore fights), Jofrane Daily on Reunion Island departures, and Olivier Perret (departing from Canadian destinations). On medium-haul, business-class flights, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Bocuse d’Or winner François Adamski designs the lunch and dinner dishes served year-round.

Across the lounges, premium passengers find dishes created by the Alain Ducasse team, Adamski, Amandine Chaignot, Guy Martin and Urraca.

Additionally, Air France recently committed to using 100 percent French meat, dairy, produce and eggs, as well as fish from sustainable fisheries, in all cabins and the lounges at Paris airports.

Their cruise ships dock smoothly at Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, a modern gateway designed by Sir Norman Foster.

Why Japan Is Best Explored by Sea with Princess

Japan is a destination that rewards repeat visits because no two regions — or seasons —  feel quite the same. One moment, you’re wandering through centuries-old geisha districts in Kanazawa. The next, you’re watching neon reflections dance across Tokyo streets long after midnight.
