The 592,000-square-foot Puente Romano Beach Resort emerged as a renowned culinary destination with a well-known group of 15 restaurants including Nobu, COYA and Cipriani, as well as the award-winning Lea and Bibo, with both kitchens overseen by 3-star Michelin chef Dani Garcia. The trendy Chiringuito Puente Romano beach club, as well as the Mediterranean restaurant Sea Grill, are also part of the dining options.
With Romano Beach Resort’s 2023 launch of COYA Marbella, a dining experience inspired by Peru, the resort is bringing another innovative concept to the Mediterranean with the spring 2024 opening of chanca by COYA to help celebrate Puente Romano Beach Resort’s 45th anniversary.

Since 2017, COYA’s very own in-house music label COYA MUSIC is a collaborative project between COYA’s resident and international guest DJs, producing podcasts, top-ranking tracks and one-of-a kind parties. The launch of the new venue also heroes a carefully designed bar menu with distinctive art adorning its pages along with colorful cocktails to enhance the journey of every guest through incredible and unique flavors. Chanca by COYA features captivating Inca-inspired interiors, designed by First Within, housing illuminated antique bronze mirrors and a most impressive backlit onyx bar. Bespoke luxurious furnishings are surrounded with layered wall panels made of stones and backlit with unique constructed architectural lighting, all with granite and woven leather mesh.
