The 592,000-square-foot Puente Romano Beach Resort emerged as a renowned culinary destination with a well-known group of 15 restaurants including Nobu, COYA and Cipriani, as well as the award-winning Lea and Bibo, with both kitchens overseen by 3-star Michelin chef Dani Garcia. The trendy Chiringuito Puente Romano beach club, as well as the Mediterranean restaurant Sea Grill, are also part of the dining options.

The launch of the new venue also heroes a carefully designed bar menu with distinctive art adorning its pages along with colorful cocktails to enhance the journey of every guest through incredible and unique flavors. Chanca by COYA features captivating Inca-inspired interiors, designed by First Within, housing illuminated antique bronze mirrors and a most impressive backlit onyx bar.
