Bistro, Sarasota Art Museum of Ringling College
Bistro, opened last October, offers a Florida farm stand-inspired menu with local, seasonal ingredients. Indoor and outdoor dining is available, as well as beautifully curated exhibits. Executive chef Kaytlin Dangaran trained at The French Culinary Institute before working in restaurants in New York, San Francisco and Miami. In a nod to the building’s history as a former high school, menu specials are displayed on a blackboard.
Verde, Perez Art Museum Miami
Enjoy views of Biscayne Bay and art at Verde, housed in Perez Art Museum Miami. With both indoor and outdoor dining, the menu is a reflection of executive chef Hedy Goldsmith’s diverse background. Think items like the Mediterranean Sampler, Tortilla Española and salmon. Don’t skip dessert, as Goldsmith’s renowned recipes round out the tasty options.
The Restaurant at the Norton, Norton Museum of Art
Opened in February 2019, The Restaurant at the Norton is the first full-service restaurant for the museum, also accessible to the general public as a standalone eatery. Modern American fare with nods to the coast is complemented by garden views. Constellation Culinary Group is behind the flavorful entrees, light bites and creative cocktails.
