Tickets are now available for the 10^th annual South Beach Seafood Festival, taking place this fall, Oct. 19–22. The region’s best seafood and South Florida’s top chefs and restaurants will be the focal point.

“It’s a momentous ten-year celebration for the South Beach Seafood Festival, and we are grateful for the opportunity to continue to support and shine a spotlight on South Florida’s talented chefs and restaurant community every year,” said Valerie Roy, director of marketing and client strategy, CI Management, the team behind the South Beach Seafood Festival.

Events include An Evening at Joe’s Stone Crab on Oct. 19, with a five-course meal created by Executive Chef Andre Bienvenu that will be paired with sommelier-curated wines. Guests learn the secrets of cracking the perfect claw while general manager Brian Johnson shares tales from the restaurant’s rich history (which included past patrons like Frank Sinatra and Al Capone).

Crabs, Slabs & Cabs is a formal five-course dinner at Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel’s High Tide beach club on Oct. 20. Celebrity chefs and restauranteurs present their take on surf and turf. Participants include José Mendín; Fiola Miami’s Executive Chef Danny Ganem; Meat Market Executive Chef and Owner Sean Brasel; Chef Javier Carballo of The Social Club at Surfcomber; and Giorgio Rapicavoli, chef and owner, Luca Osteria.

A Chef Showdown on Oct. 21 involves a competitive culinary cook-off between 16 chefs in eight separate seafood competitions. The festival wraps up Oct. 22 with a grand festival extending four blocks along South Beach, with pop-up cafés, all-day open bars for ticketed guests, live music, beach games, interactive sponsor experience and access for VIP ticket holders to a private village with exclusive samplings and experiences.
