Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Downtown is slated to hit the ever-growing city in 2028 thanks to a partnership between NABNI Developments and Hilton. The property will mark the first-ever standalone Waldorf Astoria residential building address outside of the United States.
Situated on 1.5 acres in the city’s famed downtown district, The Residences will set a new standard in world-class luxury living in Dubai. Design by Carlos Ott Architects and interiors by award-winning Hirsch Bedner Associates will bring this vision to life.
