W Hotels signed its first property in Brazil. W São Paulo opens 2021 as Marriott International’s first luxury hotel in the country.

The planned property includes nearly 180 guestrooms, including three suites. On-site dining includes two restaurants and a lobby bar. Social spaces include meeting and event venues, a modern fitness center and a large pool area.

The property is just steps away from luxury shopping and nightlife, as well as a short drive from Congonhas Airport.

The property is the seventh W-branded hotel in the Caribbean and Latin America.
