Interactive dining? We’re in. At Uncorked Kitchen in South Denver, the concept of cooking your own meal couldn’t be more fun. Owners Katie and chef Eric Robbins created the venue to be cooking class-meets-dinner party. Events include a wide selection of chef-led, hands-on classes ranging from kids- and family-themed sessions to ethnically themed courses with Indian, Cuban and Tuscan menus — plus celebratory nights for birthdays and other events.

The generous kitchen space features state-of-the art equipment and a dining space with tall windows that make the most of the Colorado views. All classes end with a meal, showcasing the freshly, class-prepared menu.

Located on the edge of the Denver Metro zone, Uncorked also hosts wine tastings, beer sessions and craft cocktails at the Uncorked Kitchen Wine Bar, served up with appetizers and hosted (weather permitting) on a wide deck with views of the Front Range of the Colorado Rocky Mountains.

Coming up in June, class offerings include Kids’ Camp: Culinary Boot Camp; Taste of Uncorked Scrumptious Brunch; Greek Dinner Party; Flavors of Hawai’i; Grilling Boot Camp; Down on the Bayou; and Family Day Out: Father’s Day Brunch.
