Delta Vacations  is growing its destination offerings in Italy with the addition of new wine and olive oil tasting experiences and new hotels available now for booking.

Taking place near Florence and Rome, new wine and olive oil tours with Delta Vacations feature visits to at least two wineries as well as private car service for up to six guests, English-speaking guides and lunch at local restaurants.

The Chianti Classico Wine Tasting tour offers travelers the opportunity to explore the towns of Greve and Badia a Passignano while enjoying a day-long excursion featuring an up-close look at the production and aging process of Chianti wines, wine tastings and lunch at Ristorante La Scuderia.

The full-day Olive Oil and Wine Tasting Tour of the Frascati Hills provides guests with visits to the Azienda Agricola Casale Marchese Winery, the Tenuta Colle Picchioni Winery, a sampling of varietal olive oils, a tour of the ancient town of Frascati and lunch at Osteria Zaraza.

Along with new tours, Delta Vacations also added new first-class and deluxe hotels in some of the country’s most popular destinations, including Hotel Lungarno in Florence, Hotel Delle Nazioni in Rome, Ludovisi Palace in Rome, Hotel Monaco and Grand Canal in Venice and Hotel La Palma Capri.

Delta Air Lines and joint venture partner Alitalia Airlines offer seven non-stop U.S. gateways to Italy for flights that can be bundled with hotel stays and tours when booing with Delta Vacations and Alitalia Vacations.
