The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin completed a €40 million renovation, unveiling elegantly reimagined guestrooms, suites, meeting venues and social spaces. A new restaurant, POTS, was also added. The design draws inspiration from 1920s Berlin and the golden age of German cinema.

The lobby now features a marble and ironwork staircase, marble fireplace, crystal chandelier and wall of stylized Champagne glasses. The lobby offers places to converge and socialize in the style of a literary salon.

Guestrooms and suites include full-height headboards, makeup tables, touchscreens for in-room electronics and built-in charging stations in the seating.

The new POTS restaurant serves updated German classics with an open-kitchen feel. The restaurant’s terrace overlooks Sony Center and Henriette-Herz Park. Other on-site dining options include The Lounge, The Curtain Club and Fragrances Bar.
