The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa is committed to elevating its wellness offerings in 2025, and its newest appointment continues this commitment. Jonathan Eaton, PT, is now the resort’s new in-house physical therapist, and he will introduce an advanced therapeutic technique rarely found in resort settings — Fascial Counterstrain, a cutting-edge approach to healing and restoring mobility.

“The Homestead’s legacy of healing through nature and its deep connection to water make it the ideal environment to practice this kind of therapeutic work,” said Eaton. “I’m honored to join a resort with such a rich wellness history and to offer guests access to a modality that can create real, lasting change in their bodies.”

Eaton brings more than two decades of experience in physical therapy, with a specialization in the highly targeted, hands-on FCS modality for a transformative healing experience. FCS can now be booked through the spa; it will gently release reflexive tissue spasms that affect all systems of the body — muscular, neural, vascular — to aid in helping with everything from migraines and back pain to digestive problems.
