The Oberoi, Marrakech introduces its new holistic wellness program, SAHA. Meaning health in Arabic, SAHA aims to help guests reach their full wellbeing potential. The program operates on four key cornerstones: soul & spirit, active body, holistic treatments and a better plate.

The SAHA team work with guests on personalized wellness plans for their visit with a schedule of activities tailored to their needs. Guests stay in a deluxe villa with a private pool and spend time exploring the property’s 20 acres with yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and meditation sessions on the resort gardens. Utilize the hotel’s sleep therapy program with a signature pillow menu and sleep amenities including relaxing teas, a sleep-monitoring machine and aromatherapy sprays.

SAHA program participants take part in fitness activities, including cross training, float fit HIIT, cardio boxing and circuit training under the guidance of a trainer. Other active body cornerstone activities include tennis, golf and morning runs with a fitness coach.

Indulge in a holistic treatment at The Oberoi Spa. Set on its own private island, the spa facilities span more than 21,000 square feet and include a yoga room, fitness center, indoor pool and salon. Choose from Ayurvedic and Moroccan-inspired therapies, as well as hammam experiences and signature Oberoi treatments.

The resort’s culinary team and nutritionist offer flavorful, nutritious meals using local, seasonal ingredients. Guests may also meet with the on-site nutritionist on a private coaching session.

Guests may choose from a three- to seven-night program, with the option to extend it. Pricing starts at $3,317 per person.
