Did you know broad-spectrum sunscreen can reduce the skin from aging by more than 25 percent? Summer is here, and sun exposure is at its highest in July. Some excuses people use to avoid applying SPF products are that lotion is too greasy, it's cloudy outside, I don't burn, I'm naturally tan, I don't have time, I work indoors, my skin gets irritated or it smells terrible. But applying sunscreen should be deemed a priority for those wanting to look youthful and healthy. I want to share some of my go-to sunscreen brands for outdoor activities, travel and everyday use.
