Starwood Hotels & Resorts announced the opening of two hotels in Bursa, Turkey: the Aloft Bursa Hotel and Sheraton Bursa Hotel. Located in an emerging business area adjacent to the Bursa New Cultural Green Park, the properties expand Starwood’s portfolio across Turkey to nine hotels. Aloft Bursa Hotel features 133 guestrooms, a lounge, a fitness center, a pool, a bar and three meeting rooms. Sheraton Bursa includes 161 guestrooms and 10 suites, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, multiple dining venues and meeting and event space. The Sheraton property also features a traditional Turkish hammam and six treatment rooms. In Turkey, Starwood currently operates the two new hotels in Bursa; the Sheraton Cesme Hotel, Resort and Spa; the Sheraton Ankara Hotel & Convention Centre; The Lugal, A Luxury Collection Hotel; and four properties in Istanbul, including the Sheraton Istanbul Maslak Hotel, Sheraton Istanbul Atakoy Hotel, W Istanbul and Le Méridien Istanbul Etiler.
