The BodyHoliday, St. Lucia’s health and wellness resort, now offers a seven-day BodyAware Marathon Program. Whether you’re getting ready for your first marathon or you’re a marathon veteran, personalized one-on-one programming with a professional trainer you’re ready for race day.
The BodyHoliday is located on a private cove on the northwest tip of St. Lucia. In addition to physical training, the program monitors peripheral factors including hormones, nutrition, sleep patterns and stress. Training includes four personalized sessions: an off-road trail run, a hills interval session, a short run to Pigeon Island and an injury prevention session. At the conclusion of the seven-day program, guests receive a take-home training plan for their specific race, as well as ongoing email support and training tips from their personal trainer. The BodyHoliday Marathon Program starts at $564 per person, per night.
