In late 2026, Six Senses Milan will open its doors in the heart of the Italian city’s artistic quarter on Via Brera, facing the Pinacoteca and a short walk to the Duomo.
For centuries, Brera has been Milan’s creative hub and home to museums, bohemian cafés, studios and galleries. Six Senses Milan immerses guests into its home district, where art, fashion, design and culture thrive.
“At Six Senses, we believe true luxury is about effortless elegance and authentic connection,” said Andre Buldini, general manager, Six Senses Milan. “With every detail thoughtfully designed, we invite our guests into a world of curated journeys and tailored hospitality that reflect both innovation and a deep sense of place. Our upcoming opening in Milan is an exciting milestone as we look to share the spirit of the brand with urban travellers in one of Europe’s most creative destinations.”
Tara Bernerd & Partners designed the interiors, keeping Milanese craftsmanship and timeless style at its core. Six Senses Milan mirrors the city’s rich creative spirit with design features like arabescato marble and antique brass detailing, handmade smoked glass, textured ceilings, and mosaic borders. The property’s 69 guestrooms include 16 sizeable suites, two with plunge pools and one with a large terrace and pool (also available for private events).
Six Senses Milan will also boast a hidden internal courtyard, a specialty restaurant and deli, two bars including a rooftop bar, and both a sky pool and indoor pool. Six Senses Spa will offer a menu of high-tech, high-touch therapies and an indoor pool, two saunas, a steam room and cold plunge pool.
The hotel sits just 50 minutes from Malpensa Airport and one hour from Bergamo, with private transfers for a seamless arrival.

It was known as the “Kai Tak heart attack” — the thrilling, terrifying final approach into Hong Kong’s Kai Tak Airport. Airliners were required to bank sharply at the last moment, dodging hills and apartment blocks to line up with a runway jutting out into Kowloon Bay. The airport is long gone, but international visitors are arriving at Kai Tak again, albeit more sedately. Their cruise ships dock smoothly at Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, a modern gateway designed by Sir Norman Foster.
