Savor Scottish scenery and cuisine between April and July during Scottish Delights with Carolyn Robb, a new Enchanting Journeys offering from Sceptre Tours. Robb — once the personal chef to Prince Charles and Princess Diana — will accompany small groups on a six-night culinary exploration of Edinburgh and the Highlands. Along the way, participants will enjoy an Officer’s Wardroom dinner aboard the Royal Yacht Britannia, a Royal Lochnagar Whisky tasting, cheese and smoked salmon tasting, meet local artisan food producers, and take part in a foraging experience.
Guests will help Robb prepare a “royal” dinner, and tour Balmoral Castle. Also included: daily full Scottish breakfast, entrance to Palace of Holyroodhouse and Balmoral Castle, trip to St. Andrews, round-trip economy airfare to Edinburgh, Edinburgh airport transfers, and accommodations at The Place (Edinburgh) and Deeside Inn (Ballater). Departure dates are April 17, May 22, June 26, July 10 and Sept. 11. Rates are per person, based on double occupancy, and include departures from New York ($6,870), Chicago ($6,953) and Los Angeles ($7,095). Pricing from other cities is available upon request.
