The Ritz-Carlton will end its 15-year absence from Australia with a new property in Perth. Scheduled to open in 2018, The Ritz-Carlton, Perth will be located in the city’s commercial and business district adjacent to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. The city’s first international hotel will feature 204 guestrooms and suites boasting views of the Swan River and nearby attractions Kings Park and the Botanical Garden, and will offer guests waterfront fine dining experiences. With the addition of Perth, The Ritz-Carlton will double its presence in the Asia-Pacific region to 44 hotels and resorts by 2018.
