Drawing inspiration from Colorado’s abundance of wildflowers blooming between June and August, The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch launches its Summer Wildflower Program. Beginning June 18, guests can experience the beauty of Colorado with unique programming, including daily nature hikes, wildflower-infused spa treatments, specialty cocktails and more. At Bachelor Gulch Spa, guests enjoy a number of relaxing treatments, including the Scenic Serenity experience. Following a 90-minute guided hike with an expert Resort Naturalist, guests receive a 90-minute signature massage infused with a choice of wildflower essential oil for $295, with a two-guest minimum. Follow up the spa visit with a stop at Buffalos at The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch, where a trio of handcrafted floral cocktails is served this summer. The lavender cucumber spritz features lavender, cucumber, lemon, Woody Creek gin and seltzer. In the Blossoming Bouquet, taste Ketel One Citroen, white wine, orange blossom water, lemon juice and simple syrup. The Rhubarb Bellini combines Moët & Chandon Champagne, St. Germaine elderflower liquor and rhubarb syrup. Naturalist-led activities on offer at The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch include daily group hikes, mountainside bird watching and fire building with s’mores. During the Whiskey and Woodburning experience, guests create a souvenir using a wood-burning tool to etch a unique design into a wooden cheese board or coaster set. The Paint and Pour activity allows participants to sip wine while creating an artistic masterpiece. Private options include Canine Adventure Hikes with Bachelor or Belle, the resort’s resident canines; Sunset Strolls with stargazing; Village-to-Village Hikes to Beaver Creek Village; and Perfectly Paired Picnics, including a hike and a gourmet lunch.
