The Ritz-Carlton, Macau hosts the fifth annual Asia Pacific Food & Wine Festival, Nov. 10–13. The culinary event includes more than 50 hands-on experiences with five Michelin-starred chefs, pastry chefs, celebrity chefs and mixologists. Guests choose from chef’s table dining, cooking classes, mixology workshops, tastings and more.

Macau is a world destination of tourism and entertainment, providing tourists unforgettable travel and cultural experiences,” said Victor Clavell, vice president, Asia Pacific, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. “The Ritz-Carlton is synonymous with craftsmanship and service excellence. This signature event has gained a huge following worldwide since its inception, giving us the chance to put Macau on the world map and bring extraordinary culinary experiences to our guests.”
Michelin-starred chefs to appear include Regis Marçon, Paco Pérez, Erlantz Gorostiza, Diego Muñoz and Luca Fantin. Pastry chefs to appear include Andres Lara and Jean-Luc Vasseur.
Guests attending the festival can expect more experiences announced closer to date, spread out over the hotel’s various unique venues.
