Delta Air Lines customers now have the chance to enjoy a taste of the renowned Rioja wine region of Spain with the launch of a new integrated national partnership between Delta and Wines from Rioja. On board and in Delta Sky Clubs, customers have access to wine offerings from one of the greatest red wine regions of the world, as well as guided tastings that bring to life the vibrant Rioja region.
“We are excited to partner with Wines from Rioja. Offering our customers the ultimate travel experience is our top priority,” Brian Berry, director of on board services, Delta Air Lines. “We’re delighted to kick off this partnership giving our customers access to some of the greatest wines in the world selected by our Delta master sommelier, Andrea Robinson.”
Through July, passengers can sip on select Rioja Reserva and Gran Reserva wines in a range of styles while on board. Delta Sky Club members can enjoy by-the-glass offerings in Delta’s flagship Delta Sky Clubs around the country, with select locations featuring pop-up-style wine tastings.
