ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN: From the moment I arrived at JW Marriott Nashville, the experience was seamless. The valet provided prompt service, and the front desk staff greeted me with genuine warmth and efficiency. I arrived in the early afternoon, so my room wasn’t ready. However, I experienced a minimal wait time, and I appreciated the personal touch as the staff provided a detailed overview of the hotel’s amenities and services. Zach and John made sure I waited comfortably by giving me access to the Cabana Club to enjoy a drink and some food.

GUEST QUARTERS: Located on the 27th floor, my room was spacious, impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with modern yet comfortable furnishings. The king-sized bed proved incredibly plush, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The attention to detail was evident, from the high-quality linens to the well-appointed bathroom. The panoramic views of Music City from the floor-to-ceiling windows added a lovely bonus. The room also featured a breakfast table with two chairs, a nice work area that also served as a dresser, a flat-screen TV and a spacious closet with a built-in coffee station.

SERVICES/ AMENITIES: The services and amenities were top-notch. The well-equipped and -maintained fitness center made it easy to stick to my workout routine. Though I didn’t spend too much time at Cabana Club, I enjoyed the relaxing, well-kept pool area. The property offers diverse dining options, all of high quality. At Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, the hotel’s main restaurant located on the 34th floor, my exquisite culinary experience was truly memorable. The sophisticated ambience blended modern elegance with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The attentive staff provided impeccable service and ensured every aspect of the meal was perfect. The delightful menu featured a selection of prime steaks and innovative dishes, and the attention to detail in both the presentation and flavor of each dish highlighted the restaurant’s commitment to quality.
