Luxury resort destination Grand Lakes Orlando offers a three-day restorative wellness retreat in August at the dedicated 40,000-square-foot The Ritz-Carlton Spa. Available to locals and guests alike, this experience includes personalized health consultations, discussions with guest speakers, wellness programming and more. The retreat takes place Aug. 22–24.

The retreat kicks off with a welcome lunch, spa treatments, pool time, a welcome reception and floating/sound bath meditation. The second day of the program features a choice of wellness and fitness activities, guest speakers, and nutritious meals. The experience concludes with speakers, spa time, wind-down activities and a farewell meditation. Participants leave with fabulous take-home gifts from retreat sponsors: Bathorium, Fountain Life, Essence One and HX Expeditions.
“Wellness is no longer just a buzzword, but must be integrated into everything we do, specifically how we travel,” said Tony Angel, director of spa, The Ritz-Carlton Orlando. “The team has developed a curated and holistic retreat where guests will not only leave rejuvenated, but with tangible skills and lessons that they can take into their everyday lives. By combining Florida’s natural landscapes with our property’s diverse offerings and restorative spa rituals, this wellness retreat is designed to elevate well-being and inspire lasting harmony in our attendees’ lives.”

Wellness retreat pricing starts at $2,000 for resort guests and $1,800 for non-guests.
