ZEL, the new lifestyle hotel brand from tennis superstar Rafael Nadal and Meliá Hotels International, is set to open its first hotel. Located in Mallorca, Spain, the hometown of both Nadal and Meliá, ZEL Mallorca debuts July 1.
The property is situated along Mallorca’s beaches in Palmanova, about 20 minutes from Palma de Mallorca Airport. It boasts 165 guestrooms, including 21 suites, with views of the Mediterranean Sea. ZEL Mallorca boasts indoor-outdoor social spaces and two pools, including an adults-only pool. Beso Beach and Syra Coffee are the property’s culinary partners. Enjoy Mediterranean cuisine highlighting fresh local seafood at Beso Beach Mallorca. Visit the state-of-the-art gym and utilize on-staff professional trainers. Book a treatment at the spa with its three treatment rooms, two hot tubs, steam room and sauna. Rates start at $288 per night.

ZEL plans to open 20 hotels globally over the next five years.
