To cater to passenger demand, Qatar Airways will grow its reach in South Africa with new non-stop service to Cape Town, currently served three times per week via Johannesburg. The carrier will offer flights between Doha’s new Hamad International Airport and Cape Town International Airport five times per week with Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, featuring 22 seats in business class.
“Cape Town has long been one of the most popular destinations with passengers throughout our worldwide network, and with the new services, we are now able to provide our customers with quicker and more convenient connections to one of the most beautiful cities in the world,” said Akbar Al Baker, CEO, Qatar Airways.
