Lounge operator Plaza Premium Group revealed its new arrivals lounge will open in London Heathrow’s Terminal 4 in late March with another lounge set to open in Terminal 3 later this year. The lounges join the group’s existing lounge collection that includes the Terminal 2 arrivals lounge opened in 2014.

The Terminal 4 arrivals lounge will accommodate 75 people and include a lounge and bar, a multifunction room and 25 luxury shower rooms. Details of the Terminal 3 lounge have not yet been revealed, though provisional plans are to be released later this year.

“The concept of the Plaza Premium arrivals lounge was driven by a desire to do something for the majority. Having arrivals lounges benefits not only travelers both before and after their flight but also family and friends who are waiting for someone to arrive into the airport,” said Song Hoi-see, founder and chief executive officer, Plaza Premium Group. “Our arrivals lounges are designed to bring convenience, comfort and value to passengers who are looking to combat travel ailments, awaken their senses and revitalize their mind and body after a long flight. Our goal is to make every journey enjoyable not only on departure, but also upon arrival.”

The lounges will feature Flight Club, a new healthy herbs and seeds-inspired dining experience. The concept, initially launched last year in Kuala Lumpur, encourages people to embrace a healthy lifestyle even if they are frequent travelers.

Plaza Premium Lounges currently operate airside in Terminals 2 and 4 and landside in Terminal 2. The group plans for a number of new openings including a Terminal 5 airside lounge to be unveiled in the second half of 2017.
