Pay It Forward Retreats recently announced its first upscale excursion for 2016. The event will take place April 10-16 in Antigua and Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, with the primary goal of assisting female executives with networking and career support as they participate in a female-focused global outreach. An additional side trip to Tikal is also available.

Currently, there are only 10 spots available for the luxury experience, which will include historic accommodations, local experiences, ruin visits and opportunities for personal growth through specially designed activities. A portion of the proceeds from the excursion will be donated to a local nonprofit which assists Guatemalan women with business opportunities in poverty-stricken areas through microcredit and business education.
