The New York Times and Park Hyatt hotels announced a new collaboration, The New York Times TasteMasters, presented by Park Hyatt. Three events worldwide will bring together a pair of cultural trailblazers in a live conversation moderated by a New York Times journalist. In addition, a specially curated, sponsored content series and complimentary access to NYTimes.com will be available in all Park Hyatt hotels worldwide through spring 2016.

The collaboration kicked off Oct. 19 at Park Hyatt New York, pairing chef, restaurateur and food writer Yotam Ottolenghi with chief curator-at-large for the Museum of Modern Art and director of MoMA PS1 Klaus Biesenbach. New York Times Dining reporter Julia Moskin moderated.

Following the discussions, guests can engage with the influencers and journalists through a special edition of Park Hyatt Masters of Food and Wine, featuring locally sourced and in-season menu pairings. On Nov. 23, at Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme, New York Times European Styles correspondent Elizabeth Paton will moderate a conversation between owner and co-founder of Paris style boutique Colette, Sarah Lerfel Andelaman, and gallerist Emmanuel Perrotin. The final event, Dec. 2 at Park Hyatt Tokyo, will feature Tomorrowland president, CEO, founder and designer Hiroyuki Sasaki and New York Times correspondent Jonathan Soble.

Beginning Oct. 26, TasteMasters conversations will feature in-depth Q and As with other masters from around the globe, available via all 36 Park Hyatt’s WiFi networks through spring 2016.
