The 2018 summer schedule from United Airlines offers customers more destinations than ever before.
The options are endless for summer travelers this year with the 2018 summer travel schedule from United, offering more options from more than 100 North American cities and conveniently connecting to Europe with just one stop. New summer service includes Iceland, Portugal, Scotland and Switzerland, and the return of nonstop service to cities in Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Spain and Sweden.
United launched new service to Reykjavik, Iceland, from New York/Newark May 23, while flights to Porto, Portugal, took off May 3. Other new routes to Edinburgh, Scotland, took flight from Chicago O’Hare and Washington Dulles, and to Zurich, Switzerland, from San Francisco.

Seasonal service returns to Athens, Greece; Glasgow, Scotland; Madrid and Barcelona, Spain; Rome and Venice, Italy; Shannon, Ireland; and 18 other destinations this summer.
But that’s not all — the airline extended its trans-Atlantic summer route schedule from Chicago O’Hare, San Francisco and Washington Dulles, offering the seasonal flights earlier in the year and operating them through October. For example, daily seasonal service from Chicago O’Hare to Edinburgh and from San Francisco to Munich began May 4 and ends Oct. 26.
