Dorchester Collection and OMNIYAT recently announced the completion of One at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, Dubai. The hotel brand’s newest addition features exceptional views of the Dubai shorelines.
A Dubai-based real estate development company, OMNIYAT’s contributions to the new property marked the first time a developer collaborated with Dorchester Collection in the Middle East. The partnership enabled luxury and quality to remain at the forefront of the hotel’s design.
“Following the culmination of hard work and diligence, we are proud to welcome the completed architectural masterpiece, One at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, to the nation’s luxury property landscape, setting the standard in the global real estate industry,” said Mahdi Amjad, founder and executive chairman, OMNIYAT. “Our flagship residential building and Dubai’s most sought-after address is guaranteed to offer a unique lifestyle as well as an unrivalled way of living, and it will be the most enviable address in the Emirate, an address that our residents can now call home.”
One at Palm Jumeirah embodies modern architecture, featuring 94 prestigious residences, each with stunning views of the coast. Without compromising the décor and style, each residence provides guests with the utmost privacy.
In addition to Dorchester Collection amenities and services like spa treatments and a private cinema, the property also offers served loungers, beach butler service, valet parking, a 24-hour concierge and in-residence service premiums.
“This project is a measure of true success, and together with OMNIYAT, the region’s architectural visionary and leader in the luxury real-estate landscape, we have now opened the doors to this new and iconic landmark on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah,” said Christopher Cowdray, CEO, Dorchester Collection.
One at Palm Jumeirah aims at becoming a landmark hotel in Dubai with its stunning exterior. Playing with a contrast of textures, designs and colors, the hotel stands out against the Dubai landscape with its tiered appearance. At night, the hotel lights up against the sky, drawing eyes to its magnificent size and design.
As the property prepares to welcome guests, Dorchester Collection and OMNIYAT hope that guests experience the ultra-luxury lifestyle incorporated throughout the hotel. Both companies’ shared vision of privacy and exclusivity will last the entire duration of each guest’s experience at One at Palm Jumeirah.

Apr 22, 2024Meet 5 Women Shaping the Brixen/South Tyrol Travel Experience
Although a destination’s terrain, cuisine and cultural attributes always draw travelers in, it is often the people they meet that make the trip an enduring memory rather than a box to be checked off. It’s a job responsibility that people working around the Plose and adjoining town of Brixen (in Italy’s Trentino-Alto Adige region) take seriously. This is even more true for five women dedicated to introducing visitors to new aspects of the time-honored ski, leisure and hiking mountain destination in the Dolomites.

Apr 17, 2024Mindfulness City in Kingdom of Bhutan Unveiled as Future Economic Hub
In front of an audience of 30,000 Kingdom of Bhutan residents and officials, His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck presented his vision for a new economic hub in Bhutan. Located between India to the south and China to the north, Bhutan is one of the most beautiful destinations in the world. Bhutan came late to global tourism. Apr 17, 2024Amansara Review
It was more than a car journey; it was a transition between worlds. At our first hotel in Siem Reap, huge coaches constantly pulled up outside the lobby to deposit or receive international tour groups; we departed in very different style, in a 1965 black Mercedes limousine once owned by King Sihanouk. The mundanities of mass tourism were left behind. We progressed through the chaotic Cambodian streets in regal comfort and soon arrived at a solid gate.
