Norwegian Cruise Line offers guests sailing this summer and beyond more dining choices and flexibility with the addition of new menus in its dining venues, main dining reservation options and a dedicated Chocoloholic Night one evening per cruise. The new regionally focused dinner menus vary by ship itinerary and change each evening of the sailing, providing guests with a wider selection of dishes. New menu features include wine pairing recommendations, anecdotal culinary history and an increased variety, with up to 12 starters and 15 entrees per evening. New offerings include additional seafood options, such as grouper, barramundi, sushi and crab dishes, and contemporary dishes such as mojito shrimp ceviche, seared Atlantic scallops with fennel puree and braised beef short ribs with Cajun shrimp.

The cruises’ new Chocoholic Night features a choice of up to seven signature chocolate desserts in each restaurant one evening each cruise. Options range from warm chocolate volcano to white chocolate strawberry mousse.

These enhancements with such a wide variety of choice along with guest favorites and of course, chocolate, are bringing our complimentary dining venues to new heights.”

The new additions are available now on most of Norwegian’s fleet and on board Norwegian Jade, Norwegian Spirit, Norwegian Sky and Pride of America by early 2015.
