Ready to receive guests this November, Beach Enclave Long Bay at Beach Enclave on the island of Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, provides sun-seekers with new luxury villa rental choices. Located at the sheltered eastern end of the bay, each villa boasts a custom design with more than 7,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, between five and seven bedrooms, and settings chosen to make the most of views of the sparkling waters. Local designers from SWA Architects and New York-based Domino Creative Interiors were responsible for the details.
Eco-sensitive practices at Beach Enclave include high-efficiency appliances, optional solar technology, water collection and recycling, and development initiatives that seek to lessen negative impacts on the local environment.
Along with long naps on the sunny beach, activities range from stand-up paddleboard adventures through watery mangrove forests to kiteboarding the legendary shallow waters with Kite Provo, based on Long Bay. Innovative instruction includes helmets fitted with Bluetooth technology, allowing instructors to guide participants from the shore. Rates begin at $4,400 per night, based on a three-night minimum stay. Further development at Beach Enclave Grace Bay plans to open in 2019.
