Next summer, La Bahia Hotel & Spa debuts in Santa Cruz, California, redefining the destination as Santa Cruz’s most luxurious hotel. Now accepting reservations for late summer 2025 stays, this hotel features 155 expansive guestrooms, including 16 suites with unobstructed sea views. Accommodations blend ocean element designs with Spanish patterns, and guests are treated to plush Frette robes, custom hotel slippers, luxury bath and body products, dual vanities, and Nespresso Vertuo machines.

High Tide will serve as the hotel’s signature restaurant, celebrating Santa Cruz’s rich agricultural scene and local ingredients. For a vibrant atmosphere, Low Tide Bar & Grill offers craft cocktails, live music and contemporary flavors, while Pearl, a London-inspired Champagne bar, serves up personalized drinks, a great list of wines, and endless Champagnes and spirits. At the edge of the oceanfront hotel, guests will discover Plunge, an urban venue with poolside bites and classic cocktails.
For relaxation, the hotel invites guests to The Spa at La Bahia, complete with four indoor and four outdoor treatment rooms, a sauna overlooking Monterey Bay, two steam rooms, and a rooftop Zen deck with horizon views.

La Bahia Hotel & Spa is also designed to be a haven for seaside gatherings, and with more than 13,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, guests can gather for all occasions. The crown jewel of these spaces, Seaside Roof Deck, spans 5,200 square feet and promises views of the Pacific out to Monterey Bay, as well as the redwood mountains to the east.
