Grand Universe Lucca takes Champagne tastings to the next level with the debut of Sommità Martin Orsyn Champagne Rooftop, overlooking the magic skyline of Lucca’s surrounding rooftops. This new Champagne terrace offers a bespoke sampling menu of four cuvées, with a curated menu of culinary pairings designed to enhance the Champagnes. The menu will include oysters, beef tartare trio with black truffle, prawns flambé with brandy and hand-cut Iberia Pata Negra Spanish ham. There will also be a sommelier to help guide pairings that best suit the dishes.

Champagne Martin Orsyn Premier Cru Tradition

This 24-month aging Champagne sees Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay meet in the creation of the elegant and temperament of each wine. With aromas of ripe peach, dried fruit and baked goods, the taste is fresh and well balanced.

Champagne Martin Orsyn Brut Rosé

This Champagne is delicate and offers notes of redberry, blueberry, blackcurrant and strawberry. Pink in color, the Champagne features light amber reflections with a lively and elegant taste, which sits on the palate with a distinct creaminess.

Champagne Martin Orsyn Extra Brut Premier Cru Grande Réserve

The Champagne includes an intense bright golden yellow color with notes of honey hazelnut and brioche. The taste is smooth and well balanced with a pleasant length and creaminess.

Champagne Martin Orsyn Extra Brut Premier Cru Vintage 2016

This manual harvest ages more than 60 months, offering an intense, fruity, ripe pear and candy apricot, citrus and peach taste, with some notes of yeast and toasted bread. This Champagne offers a fresh, full, powerful taste and an excellent aroma.
