Louis T Collection brought a new boutique hotel to Perth earlier this week.
The property is the result of a multimillion-dollar redevelopment of a former hotel. The changes include guestrooms and public areas, a new lobby café, a rooftop bar and restaurant and co-working spaces. The hotel will sit in Elizabeth Quay, one of the city’s hubs.
The hotel features 80 guestrooms and works to incorporate natural and communal sensibilities. Co-working receives an emphasis as well, with the entire ninth floor functioning as a 24/7 collective work space.
“Quay Perth will be a vibrant new addition to Elizabeth Quay,” said Lovelynn Clark, general manager, Quay Perth. “Returning to Perth, and to a hotel that will play such an important role in the revitalisation of the waterfront and in the community-at-large is one of the most exciting opportunities of my career.”
