Flying internationally as a part of business class can certainly put a dent in the wallet, but this past summer a boutique French airline introduced an initiative to reward travelers who continually fly with them. La Compagnie is a France-based business airline that flies among Paris and New York for prices as low as $1,500 for a return flight. During a summer promotion, however, La Compagnie offered one year of unlimited business-class flights among these cities for a cool price of $35,000. Although this may seem like a hefty fee, the deal is quite beneficial for travelers who fly this route multiple times each year. Only 10 spots were offered aboard the Boeing 757s, but the select few who were chosen for this promotion are able to book their flights as early or as late as they desire, so long as it fits within the one-year promotion period. In-flight entertainment on personal Samsung Galaxy tablets, a chef-designed menu and comfortable seats are a few of the luxuries that guests will enjoy aboard La Compagnie’s business-class aircraft. Pending the success and customer satisfaction of this program, La Compagnie may employ the promotion again in the future.
