The Kensington launched a new series of royal-inspired master classes leading up to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding day, May 19. Each of the three new classes is inspired by Markle and accompanied by Champagne and canapés.
Author and chef Dani Tucker, founder, The Social Kitchen, leads the Hostess with the Mostess class. Guests learn table setting and party planning tips, as well as some of Tucker’s most successful recipes, including the famous roast chicken Markle and Prince Harry were cooking when he proposed.
In the Write Like a Royal Calligraphy class, expert calligrapher and Suzie Dicker, founder, A L’Aise, a luxury bespoke stationary brand, teaches guests perfect penmanship, inspired by each participant’s individual personality. Guests leave with a calligraphy guidebook, wedding inspiration sheet, calligraphy pen and ink for at-home practice.
The Furnish Your Palace master class is led by Jane Rocket and Lucy St. George of Rockett St. George and floral stylist Hannah Agnes Antmann of Saint Floral. Guests learn to dress their homes for special occasions, with easily applicable styling techniques and fun flower arrangements.
Classes take place on select days in April and May, 7–8:30 p.m.
