Journey to 100 is a year-long celebration in honor of the hotel’s 2026 centennial. InterContinental New York Barclay celebrates its storied history through curated programming inspired by each decade of the hotel’s legacy. The main focus of the programming is The Parlour’s Through the Decades series, featuring a rotating menu with options inspired by the iconic era. For example, the 1960s menu is an Uptown Glam & Jet Set Culture theme, paying homage to the sophistication of the decade with elevated interpretations of classic dishes. Breakfast includes cottage cheese with fresh fruit and eggs Benedict, while lunch and dinner options include poached pike Quenelles and NY strip au poivre. Dinner concludes with a signature Barclay Centennial Cake and a Manhattan cocktail to reflect the polished spirit of 1960s New York.
