The partnership is available across the brand’s 242 hotels and resorts in almost 70 countries, allowing guests to make use of the complimentary plan to overcome travel fatigue. Trusted by athletes, global travelers and astronauts alike, Timeshifter draws on the latest circadian science to compose a curated plan to address underlying causes and symptoms of jet lag.
Recommendations are tailored to each guest’s itinerary, chronotype, normal sleep pattern and personal preferences, providing guidance on light exposure and avoidance, sleep, and caffeine timing.

In addition to the brand’s extended collaboration with Timeshifter, IHG also offers a range of scientifically backed dishes, available across Flexible Dining menus at properties around the world.
All IHG guests receive complimentary access to a Timeshifter jet lag plan for every booking, covering both inbound and outbound journeys. The plan is accessible via a QR code promoted at various points in the journey, both before and during the stay.
