Alexander Hotel was recently awarded a MICHELIN Key for excellence in hospitality, and the new, one-of-a-kind dining experience from Executive Chef Anna Sophia Serrano only elevates its excellence. Chef Serrano is the only Mexican chef to receive a prestigious World Luxury Restaurant Award in 2024, and her menu shows why. Dishes blends tradition and creativity with a selection of Petrossian caviar, as well as stone crab claws, smoked salmon, Wagyu filet and her signature homemade truffled tagliatelle.
Serrano has spent years studying different types of food, culinary techniques, producing regions and the methods of preparation to perfect her craft. Her appreciation for the history and culture of caviar is paired with her culinary expertise to create dishes both educational and tasty.

Additionally, Mica Rosseau, Mexico’s best mixologist, created a menu of unique drinks exclusively for those dining at The Alexander, the perfect accompaniment to any dish.
