Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center opened its doors to guests this month, marking the first full-service hotel to open in Tysons Corner in more than 20 years. Located in the heart of the trendy downtown area, the 18-story property offers 300 guestrooms and suites designed to offer business and leisure travelers an upscale hotel experience.
The new Hyatt Regency hotel is part of the Tysons Corner Center mixed-use expansion, including new restaurants, office buildings and luxury apartments built around The Plaza, an elevated, 1.5-acre public space with its own stop on the Washington Metro Silver Line. The space is quickly becoming a new downtown hub of the Greater Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia Area.
“Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center is a one-stop experience that puts everything at our guests fingertips no matter their reason for visiting,” said Daniel Amato, general manager, Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner. “Our energized team of hoteliers looks forward to connecting with our guests visiting us for anything from quick coffee dates or shared culinary experiences to business meetings, family vacations or special events.”
Facilities include a 24-hour fitness center, an indoor pool and Barrel & Bushel, a contemporary American-style restaurant and bar serving regionally inspired food and the best local and craft beers. For business travelers, the hotel offers more than 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space.
