Hyatt was named to Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For list, earning a spot within the Top 10, climbing 86 places since the brand’s debut on the list in 2014.
Rankings are based on employee feedback, plus more than 50 workplace elements, such as compensation and innovation.

Perks Hyatt offers its employees include discounted or complimentary stays at Hyatt hotels; financial assistance with adoptions; education opportunities; diversity business resource groups; exercise initiatives; and subsidized dining.
The only other hospitality or travel brand to make the Top 10 list is Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, in sixth place. The next travel brand on the list following Hyatt is Hilton Worldwide, in 33rd place.
