This summer, Australia’s Mondrian Gold Coast resort unveiled an expanded calendar of weekly programming across Haven beach club and LiTO’s cuisine and music destination, creating a new rhythm of coastal dining, music, wellness and after-dark energy that moves effortlessly from sunrise to late evening, inviting locals and visitors alike to settle into a new way of experiencing Burleigh.

Leading the new season is VELVET at LiTO, a sophisticated new jazz and dining experience. Designed as an immersive after dark experience, VELVET combines roaming jazz performances, a five-piece live band led by acclaimed vocalist Ashleigh Denning, Moët Hennessy cocktails and a curated shared dining menu in a cinematic setting inspired by classic jazz lounges.

Perched above the shoreline on level three, Haven continues to evolve as Burleigh’s elevated beach club and dining destination where ocean views, DJs, Champagne and produce-driven menus come together from day to night. Downstairs, LiTO channels the warmth and conviviality of Italian summers through aperitivo rituals, live music and comforting coastal Italian dining.

At Haven, weekly experiences unfold against a backdrop of poolside beats and panoramic ocean views. Wednesdays invite guests to indulge in steak & frites with Sir Harry Wagyu Rump Cap and Haven’s signature red wine jus, while Thursdays celebrate the coast through the Local’s Catch of hand-selected mussels served with sourdough and creamy garlic sauce.

Fridays at Haven mark the arrival of Lobster Fridays, where fresh lobster, signature margaritas and live DJs transform the venue into a high-energy start to the weekend. Guests can enjoy half or whole lobster alongside chilled seafood towers as DJs soundtrack the atmosphere from midday through sunset. The venue’s signature Champagne & Oysters offering continues Monday–Friday from 12 to 3 p.m., while weekend DJ programming carries Haven from daytime lounging into after-dark energy every Friday–Sunday.

Sundays bring a slower tempo through Haven’s Sunday Recovery Sessions, a poolside ritual combining relaxed dining; Bloody Mary’s; and nostalgic DJ sets inspired by the 1980s, 90s and early 2000s. Earlier in the morning, locals and hotel guests can join Mondrian Moves at Haven, including Sunday Flow with Wellness With Jess and the new Mindful Mondays breathwork and meditation sessions overlooking the coastline.

On the ground floor, LiTO continues to embody the spirited warmth of Italian dining culture with a growing lineup of weekly rituals and live entertainment. Tuesdays bring Pasta & Pinot Night, pairing comforting Italian classics with Pinot Noir or Pinot Grigio, while Thursdays are dedicated to Cotoletta Night, featuring veal schnitzel and spaghetti sugo di pomodoro. As the weekend approaches, LiTO Aperitivo spills onto the Burleigh streetscape every Friday and Saturday afternoon with spritzes, cocktails and live acoustic music inspired by Italy’s aperitivo culture. Evenings continue with LiTO LIVE on Fridays, when rotating live musicians soundtrack dinner service, from alfresco dining into late evening conversation.
