Construction is underway on Hotel Gracery Namba — the first Gracery property in Osaka.
Leading Japanese hotelier Fujita Kanko Inc. announced plans to open the hotel in summer 2019, marking the 11th hotel in the Gracery brand portfolio upon opening.
Often described as “the kitchen of Japan” because of its variety of culinary institutions, Osaka is one of the most popular Japanese destinations. The Namba area is especially well-known as an energetic hub of shopping, dining and entertainment.
The 170-room hotel will offer quick access to all attractions and public transportation.
Fujita Kanko also operates Taiko-en, a unique, historic property in Osaka consisting of four restaurants and 11 banquet facilities around a Japanese garden on a 6.52-acre property.
Also in the company’s pipeline is Hotel Gracery Asakusa and Hotel Gracery Seoul in 2018, and Hotel Gracery Taipei in 2019. It plans to open a serviced apartment in Indonesia in 2019.
