One of Paris’ most elegant addresses has reopened following a full renovation. Hôtel de Sers, part of the B Signature Hotels & Resorts portfolio, was once the private mansion of Henri-Léopold Charles, Marquis de Sers. Located within the illustrious Triangle d’Or, close to the Champs-Élysées and Avenue Montaigne, the property’s refined décor and original Haussmannian architectural elements have been carefully preserved. These include a spectacular marble staircase and the structure’s original carriage entrance, along with period features such as wrought-iron details and magnificent moldings and ceilings of the original salon de réception.

New outdoor spaces are part of the redesign of this graceful city sanctuary, with half of the rooms and suites boasting a private terrace; of these, about half also offer views of the Eiffel Tower. Owners Anne and Agathe Jousse collaborated with interior architect Pascal Allaman on the renovation, which includes three signature suites on the top floor. Views of the Eiffel Tower can be enjoyed from the Eiffel Suite, where wood and ivory tones are featured in textiles and bespoke furnishings, and two furnished terraces expand living space outdoors. An open-plan layout, enormous windows and a living room with a glass roof are highlights of the panoramic suite, which also provides Eiffel Tower views. Evoking a private Parisian home, the Marquis’ Apartment is fitted with light oak flooring, wall tapestries, subtle gold accents and a large terrace opening onto a private garden.

Custom-designed graphic rugs by Géraldine Prieur lead guests from the lobby to the restaurant and bar. In the glass-canopied courtyard patio, a botanically themed space offers a green refuge with citrus trees, teak furnishings and iron trellises. In partnership with French wellness house Calma Paris, a brand-new wellbeing area creates a refuge for massages, with a traditional hammam, sauna and modern fitness studio.
